GRYTR is a fitness challenge that can be done anywhere in the world, on your schedule. It is designed to test your functional strength, speed, and endurance with simple exercises that are anything but easy.

To level up and really test yourself, complete all three phases within 12 hours.

    50 pullups

    50 burpees

    50 weighted lunges (50/40lbs)

    50 thrusters (20/10 lbs)

  • Strength Phase

    Clean and press 1 ton (2000 lbs)

  • Endurance Phase

    5k ski
    5k row

    800m run
    50 pullups

The GRYTR Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is designed to allow athletes to measure and track their fitness to determine their readiness to compete in a GRYTR Challenge.
