The GRYTR Challenge
GRYTR is a fitness challenge that can be done anywhere in the world, on your schedule. It is designed to test your functional strength, speed, and endurance with simple exercises that are anything but easy.
- Endurance Phase: Ski, row, and run
- Hybrid Phase: 800m runs mixed with 4 strength movements
- Strength Phase: Clean and press weight from the floor to over your head
To level up and really test yourself, complete all three phases within 12 hours.

Try the GRYTR Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
The GRYTR Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is designed to allow athletes to measure and track their fitness to determine their readiness to compete in a GRYTR Challenge.Â
The PFT is one continuous effort for time that is composed of the following exercises, in this order:
- Clean & Press 0.5 ton of weight (1,000 lbs)
- 20 Strict Bodyweight Pullups
- 20 Burpees
- 20 Reverse Standing Lunges (10 each leg)
- 20 Squats
- Run 1 mile (1600m)
